Lesson plans are constructed around the learning objectives of the lesson and are designed to provide opportunities for students to explore, build and demonstrate their learning.  Every aspect of the teaching session is appropriately planned, prepared and implemented in order to achieve the desired learning outcomes.  I aim to keep my lessons interesting and engaging for all learners through differentiated instruction and the implementation of a range of different methodologies and assessment for learning strategies.
